Daniel M. Carlson is a founding partner of Brewer and Carlson. Mr. Carlson represents clients in securities disputes before the NASD, NYSE, state and federal courts. Mr. Carlson also provides seminars to CPAs and other professionals on the Securities Industry.
After graduating from the University of San Diego in 1988, he received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1993. Mr. Carlson served as an extern and law clerk to the Honorable John J. Hargrove, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of California and is admitted to practice in California and the Federal District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
Mr. Carlson is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, a national association of attorneys specializing in stockbroker disputes, and other local, state and national bar groups.
